Booking:

You can book all services online through the "BOOK NOW" link on top of the website, or you can email me to enquire about bookings manually. For nail appointments, there are no deposit fee required. For makeup bookings, a deposit fee of 25% is required within 3 working days to secure your booking (an invoice will be sent to you). Your makeup booking will be cancelled if deposit isn't paid within 3 working days. The remaining payment is paid by EFTPOS on the day of service, or 2 days prior to your booking date via bank transfer.


Cancellation:

Deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you would like to change or cancel your appointment, please notify me at the earliest notice. Any cancellation within 24 hours will occur a 50% of total service fee on your account.


Studio / Mobile:

I am mobile friendly for weddings and special occasion makeup. Or you could visit me in my studio in Remuera for your appointment.
* For formal / ball makeup: I only provide mobile service when there are 3 or more clients getting ready in the same location, otherwise please visit me at my studio in Remuera to get your makeup done.
* I do not provide mobile nail services. For all nail services please visit me in my Remuera studio.


Travelling Cost:

Travelling fee will be $0.80 per km for anywhere within drivable distance in or around Auckland.
For Waiheke Island, there is a $100 travelling fee to cover my ferry ticket, parking and my time spent on the ferry. Please provide pick-up and drop-off from the ferry terminal on Waiheke Island otherwise a taxi fee is added on top of travelling fee.
Please contact me for travelling fee quote if you're in areas further than 3 hours drive from Auckland.
